Mr Koster an investment banking and business development professional with over 30 years of experience.
He has a strong track record of establishing, financing and developing investment and operational businesses including several acquisitions and divestments of mining assets in Australia and China whilst also developing and funding Agribusiness supply chain assets in Australia and US.
Tim has been engaged in a business development capacity with Bifox Ltd over the past 5 years focussed on phosphate production and exploration projects in the Atacama Caldera region of Chile. Following a business restructure post Covid in 2021 Tim executed the re commencement of phosphate rock production with an upgraded plant and selling into the existing Chilean fertilizer market whilst developing LATAM Argentina and Brazil markets.
Tim has worked with the newly appointed executive team in developing two operating divisions, phosphate rock fertilizer and Bio Agri Tech blended fertilizers targeting South and North American markets.
