Rosendo Puig is an Exploration Geologist with 30 years of global experience, principally in copper-molybdenum and copper-gold and gold projects. Rosendo holds a Master of Science postgraduate degree in Minerals Exploration from Rhodes University, South Africa.
Mr Puig has been involved in projects in Australia, South America, Asia, Spain, Mozambique, and USA. This has strengthened his ability to assess and evaluate a wide range of prospects in different geological and business environments. As a Chilean Rosendo has extensive knowledge of Chilean geology.
Mr Puig has production experience in Gold Quarry, a Newmont Mining open pit (Carlin, USA) and underground at El Salvador, Chile. Rosendo also has experience in open pit, underground, brownfields exploration and resource drilling in Archean gold projects in the Agnew Gold Mine and St Ives-Lake Lefroy trend, Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, Goldfields
Mr Puig has also been in the business development leadership for Antofagasta Minerals in Australasia, building agreements and Joint ventures, also leading the quality control and evaluation of historical geological data supporting resource estimation programs.
